Shipping policy

Made-to-order lead time:

Each piece is made to order in our French workshop within 10 business days. Please allow up to 7 additional business days for monogram personalization.

Free worldwide Shipping with DHL Express:

- EU countries:  delivery takes 1 to 2 days on average,
- Non-EU countries: delivery takes 2 to 5 days on average.

- Customs clearance times upon arrival in the U.S. may vary for items subject to
CITES regulations (such as alligator, crocodile or python leather items).

- Custom duties and taxes are not included and must be paid by non-EU customers in accordance with the import country’s laws and regulations.
